Matilda Comer

Class of 2019

We are thrilled to introduce Matilda, a distinguished graduate of Parklands School's Class of 2019. Matilda embarked on her educational journey with us, beginning in Pre-kindy and enjoying eight enriching years within our school community.

In 2023, we were elated to have Matilda return to Parklands as part of her high school work experience commitment. Throughout the week, she dedicated her time to Kindy and Year 3, immersing herself in our vibrant learning environment. Matilda even had the delightful opportunity to join our Bush School activities and embrace the magic of Book Day by dressing up in imaginative costumes.

Matilda's enduring connection with Parklands School speaks volumes about the lasting impact of our educational community. We are immensely proud of her achievements and the contributions she continues to make to our school's legacy.

Presentation Night Speech

Each year, the school holds an end of year celebration that looks back on the year. This evening event includes a speech from a former student who recalls their time at Parklands School and provides advice for our graduating Year 6 students.

Madeleine Warren

Class of 2018

Meet Madeleine, a proud graduate of Parklands School's Class of 2018. Madeleine embarked on her journey with Parklands School in Pre-kindy, and for eight unforgettable years, she was an integral part of our school community.

In 2023, Madeleine took part in the prestigious Future Female Leaders Program, where she dedicated her efforts to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal of eradicating poverty. As part of her commitment to this cause, she initiated the remarkable program "Empathy in Action," designed to engage Year 6 students in meaningful ways and collaborated with FoodBank to make a positive impact on our community.

Looking ahead to 2024, Madeleine is poised to assume the role of Head Girl at Great Southern Grammar, demonstrating her continued leadership and commitment to making a difference.

When asked about her fondest memories of Parklands School, Madeleine fondly recalls the simple joys of taking off her shoes and the exciting adventures of our hiking excursions. Her time at Parklands School has undoubtedly left an indelible mark on her life, and we are immensely proud to see her thriving as a responsible and compassionate global citizen.
