After graduating from ECU with a Bachelor of Visual Arts in 1995 I have spent the years since making Art. In fact, I think I have always made art. I have worked throughout WA in many different roles and have been fortunate to work in Aboriginal communities across Australia.
I have worked as a hairdresser, freelance designer, costume designer, lecturer, educator, community arts worker, theatre performer, musician and I have taken on roles in planning, logistics and arts management. I feel blessed to have had so many rich experiences with so many wonderful organisations and community groups.
My own fabulous children are Parklands graduates and I have experienced first hand the excellent learning environment created here.
I rarely say I am good at things - but, I am good at teaching folk. Young or old and in-between. I am passionate about teaching and I feel it is where my abundant energy should be directed. I am thrilled to be working alongside the team at Parklands.
